Welcome to Torfia. These Terms of Service govern your use of Torfia’s website, AI-powered advertising platform, and related services.
Torfia is an AI-powered creative advertising platform that allows users to generate professional advertising creatives (images and copy) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and others. The service analyzes user-provided website URLs or product information and generates multiple ad formats.
All creatives are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, Torfia does not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, suitable for every purpose, or compliant with all advertising policies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform rules before using any generated content.
You agree to use Torfia only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, advertising regulations, and third-party platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.).
All subscriptions are billed monthly through our third-party payment processor, Paddle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
You may not: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service; (ii) scrape, crawl, or data mine Torfia; (iii) use the service to generate unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; or (iv) share your account credentials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torfia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Torfia at any time without prior notice.
