At Torfia, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. However, due to the digital and instant nature of our service, we maintain the following policy:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds in cases of:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Technical failures preventing access to the service
  • Billing errors on our part

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with generated AI content
  • Unused subscription time or generations
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

Process

To request a refund, please contact support@torfia.com with your account email and reason for the request. All refunds are processed through Paddle.
